Watch Service Nightmare: Forced to Drive Miles! 😡
I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience recently. I tried to get some work done on my watch, hoping for a smooth process, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare in terms of customer care. Ultimately, the service I received was Poor Customer service :( Had to drive North to another authored dealer to get my work done on my watch. This entire ordeal left me so frustrated that I felt compelled to leave a review and reach out to their customer service team, hoping to get some answers and prevent others from enduring the same frustration.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about a really disappointing experience I had with your service recently. I tried to get my watch serviced, and the customer service was just awful.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that, sir/ma'am. Please tell me more about what happened. We certainly aim to provide excellent service.
Customer: Well, I ended up having to drive all the way North to another authorized dealer just to get my watch work done because your location simply couldn't help me, or at least didn't. It was such a waste of my time and a huge inconvenience.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Having to travel further for service is certainly not ideal, and I apologize that our local team couldn't meet your needs. Could you provide me with the date of your visit and the approximate time so I can look into this matter for you? We would like to understand why this occurred and prevent it from happening again.
